We offer a variety of classes in order to meet each and every person's fitness needs.
Group classes consist of a group warmup, skill/strength portion, workout of the day (WOD), and mobility. Each class is led by an L1 or L2 CrossFit Coach. CrossFit workouts are designed to be of high intensity, functional fitness. Classes are approximately one hour long. Membership is $125 month to month. A discount is provided for short or long term contracts signed.
Personal Training and Individual Design
Personal training is by appointment only.
Individual Design is done through Kris Morrill. Please contact your coach to make sure that Individual Design is the right choice for you and then he/she will put you in touch with Kris. You must have been CrossFitting for at least three months and be evaluated by your coach to be considered for this type of programming. Individual Design is a program that will be designed to fit your personal needs outside of a group setting. You will be able to use all the equipment in the gym and workout during all hours in which the gym is open. If a class is going on then you will be asked to be respectful of the class and workout in an area that is not crowded or in anybody else's way. L.I.F.E. and Bootcamp Classes
L.I.F.E. stands for low impact fitness evolution and is a class designed for those who need less impact in their workout. This is still a high intensity, functional fitness class but will not involve high impact on the joints. This class meets 3 times a week for 30 minutes per class and is $75 a month.
Bootcamp is a hight intenstiy, functional fitness class that may involve high impact. It is designed for those that need a quick workout three times a week. It is $75 a month.
Both classes work well together for those needing both. An unlimited pass of $135 can be purchased.
