Crossfit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman. He was the first person to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way (increased work compacity across broad time and modal domains).
Crossfit is defined as constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
Crossfit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together. In fact, the communal aspect of Crossfit is a key component of why it's so effective.

Our experienced staff are here to help you reach your fitness goals and will challenge you through group training to achieve your goals. Our facility offers many features not found at any other local gym. Our equipment is all Rogue. We have a mobilization station where you will learn how and when to mobilize. You will not find ellipticals, weight machines, stair masters, etc. Instead you will see a community of athletes working together to achieve their own personal goal under close supervision of an experienced coach. You will see a variety of athletes ranging from young adults to older adults. You will hear comradery within our community and you will want to jump right in!
